Returns

• You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, custom-made products, intimate or sanitary goods, and health or personal care items.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Any shipping costs related to the original purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within the 7-day return window.

Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
